Biography

Lika Jalagania holds the degree of BA in Law and MA in International Law from Ivane Javakhisvhili Tbilisi State University. From 2012 she has worked on women’s rights at different human rights organizations. From 2015 till October 2021 she has worked as projects coordinator and researcher at Social Justice Center (former EMC) focusing on the LGBTQI rights. Lika is an invited lecturer at Gender Studies Program (TSU) and at Ilia State University’s Law School. Lika also works as a gender consultant for international organisations residing in Georgia. Currently, she is doing her PhD in Social and Cultural Anthropology at Ilia State University.
